It's my hope to be able to provide Premium accounts to any member who needs one at a cool discount from the retail price.

Here's some info on what service I offer:
- I am a Megaupload Authorized Reseller
- I do not sell individual accounts. Instead, I generate "Voucher Code" for customers so that you can create an account with your own username, password and e-mail address.

- I provide support and warranty through the validity of your premium account. Any support issues can be dealt directly with Megaupload - it's your account.

What do I get when I purchase an Account from you?
You receive a Valid Megaupload Voucher Code which has been created directly on the Megaupload Site by an Authorized Reseller.

What is a Voucher?
A Voucher is a 20 Digit code generated by Megaupload which entitles the holder to a Premium Account or Extension of an account for the time period assigned to the voucher by the Reseller

How do I Redeem a Voucher?
A Voucher can be redeemed directly on the Megaupload website. If you are logged in while redeeming it will extend your account - if you are logged out while redeeming - you can create a new Premium Account. The exact instructions for redeeming a voucher are included when you receive your Voucher Code.

How does the voucher look like?
For our site, getmegaupload.com, we will issue a voucher in a .pdf format to your Paypal email. It will look something like this:

Can I use this Voucher to Create a New Account?
Yes. You can create a new account and pick your own username and password and email address - it's just as if you purchased directly on the MU site.

Can I Extend my Premium Account with a Voucher?
Yes. Just log into your Premium account and then proceed to redeem the Voucher.

Do I have to use the Voucher immediately?
No, you can use the voucher whenever you want to. If you use it to extend your current account, it will be added to your remaining time. So no time is lost.

Can I get a refund from you if I don't want to use it?
Yes. You can get a refund for a voucher that has not been redeemed - You will however be charged for the PayPal / iBanking Fees associated with the return.

After I purchase a Voucher from you, how long will it take before I receive it?
It depends. If I am online at the time, you will receive within 10-15 minutes. If I'm away, I will be aware you purchased an account and will send the code as soon as I can logon and send you the Voucher.

How will I receive the Voucher from you?
I will email the voucher to you at the email address provided on the PayPal Account you used to purchase the voucher.

Can you send it to another email address apart from the PayPal address?
No. I have chosen to only send it to the Payer's PayPal account email address for security purposes. The Voucher will not be sent to another email.

If I forget or lose my voucher before I use it, can you replace it?
Yes. I can provide it to you at anytime. Again, sent to the email address on file with PayPal.
